The Archway Construction System is an Agrément approved alternative solid wall construction system offering an outstanding fire rating, superior insulation, and excellent acoustic and weather resistant properties.
The Archway Construction System combines innovation with, proven and tested technology in a new and leading edge approach to construction.
The system is designed for the fast, strong, accurate and durable high quality construction of up to 4 story buildings with significantly reduced construction time and structural weight.
Construction projects using the Archway Construction System have unparalleled strength, quality, durability, accuracy and are undistinguishable from traditional plastered brick and mortar.
The Archway Construction System is composed of strong interconnecting and riveted lightweight Steel Frames (Wall Panels) and Trusses, a unique spray on permanent shuttering product known as Permshutter and a cellular concrete in-fill product named Aircrete.
The combination of these components together constitutes the trademarked system known as the Archway Construction System.
These components are fully integrated and ideally suited and compatible with each other and are installed and applied at various stages of the construction process.
A distinguishing feature of this system is that the major components used in construction process namely the Permshutter and the Aircrete in-fill is produced on the building site.
The Permshutter/ Aircrete production equipment are mounted on specially designed and equipped trailers that can access virtually any construction site.
These fully mobile systems are equipped with their own power source and fuel supply and are totally self-sufficient and produce both the Permshutter and Aircrete components.
Steel Frames and Roof Trusses can also be manufactured on-site by Roll-formers mounted on fully mobile self-sufficient enclosed container type trailers.
